1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using CTRpilot on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. Don't share accounts or sell access.
- Notify us immediately via our contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Credits & billing
CTRpilot runs on a credit system. Credits are purchased in one-time packs — there are no recurring subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. (“Polar”), who acts as the Merchant of Record. When you complete a purchase you are entering into a transaction with Polar, subject to their Terms of Service.
- Credits don't expire while your account is active.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- If a render fails due to a bug on our side, credits are automatically refunded.
- All prices are in USD. VAT and other applicable taxes are calculated and remitted by Polar.

4. Intellectual property
Your content
You own everything you upload and everything CTRpilot generates for you. We claim no ownership over your renders, uploads, or outputs.
Our content
The CTRpilot platform, models, code, and design are owned by us. You get a licence to use the Service — not a transfer of ownership.
Licence to process
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the sole purpose of delivering the Service to you. We don't use your content for training unless you explicitly opt in (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CTRpilot to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing
- Infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks
- Impersonate another person or channel
- Generate CSAM or any sexualised content involving minors
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service
- Resell or white-label the raw API without a written partnership agreement
- Automate bulk generation in a way that degrades service for other users
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for 99.5% uptime but don't guarantee it. The Service is provided "as is." We may:
- Change features, credit costs, or plans with 14 days' notice
- Take the Service offline for maintenance, with or without advance notice for emergency fixes
- Discontinue the Service entirely with 60 days' notice, at which point unused credits will be refunded
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTRpilot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTRpilot's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
By you: Delete your account at any time in Settings. Any unused credits may be refunded per our Refund Policy.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. If we terminate without cause, unused credits will be refunded.
10. Changes to these Terms
We'll email all account holders 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring proceedings locally.
